I only have 2 children I saw through primary school, but I remember it felt huge when my youngest left. There were tears!

The end of an era here too… the leavers assembly and party have taken place - just waiting for the pub trip at the end of the school day on Tuesday - there will be tears! Beautiful writing Jayne as always xxx

I started a whole post to say why i subscribed and reflecting on my primary school parenting experience... Which was truncated after year 1 for my youngest... (Obvs he went to school. after but was it was so different not to continue the journey for 5 more years)

Redemptively #3 and 4 have reconnected with primary school friends in 6th form which has really helped!

Original post has vanished into the ether!!

Love & blessings x
